For this social media campaign, our team was challenged to come up with a social campaign to drive membership applications at The Gathering Spot and increase referrals by 25%. We thought it was best to introduce TGS to people who have never experienced the brand while maintaining the guideline that you still have to know someone within. We created a referral program, offering rewards to both referring and referred members while creating a sense of community, ending the campaign on National Best Friend’s Day. We closed this campaign out on National Best Friends because everything is better with a friend! Branded touchpoints included brand development, email banners, email templates, social media graphics, and a campaign video.
